Summer Sake [Fukui Prefecture, Tsuneyama Shuzo] Tsuneyama Junmai Ginjo Gentatsu "Kai
Today we introduce summer sake.
The Tsuneyama Brewery in Fukui Prefecture is a sake brewery with a long history and tradition.
Using carefully selected local rice and pure water, we brew sake with the skill and passion of our craftsmen.
Gendatsu" is a sake named after the Gendatsu Se, a fantastic sea area in Fukui where extra-large sunfish and sea bream can be caught, which is only open for two months from mid-June to mid-August every year.
Gendatsu "Kai" was created to further improve the summer favorite "Tsunezan Natsushu Gendatsu" for use as a food sake.
It was brewed as a new product in the 2023 brewing year.
Unlike regular products, not only yellow koji but also white koji is used.

Kaori is fresh and fruity like white grapes.
It is dry but well balanced and is a perfect match with food.
It is both easy to drink and deep in flavor, and will enhance your mealtime experience.
