Crowdfunding project to support sake breweries damaged by the 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake
!" !
Sake brewed through this project has arrived at Osaketo as well.
Introduced here are "Okunoto Shirakiku Original" and "Okunoto Shirakiku x Eiheiji Hakuryu" by Shirafuji Sake Brewery and Yoshida Shuzo.
.
Shirakiku of Okunoto Original Recipe Reproduced Sake Special Junmai Sake
Kanazawa yeast is used for the yeast, and this sake is a reproduction of the original special junmai sake from "Okunotono Shirakiku".
It has a fruity yet refreshing aroma reminiscent of bananas, and a mild and gentle flavor.
It is also very well balanced, with the same good, clean acidity as the original sake.
.
Okunoto Shirakiku # Eiheiji Hakuryu Collaboration Brewing Special Junmai Sake
It is brewed using Yoshida Shuzo's original brewing formula and FK801C, an original yeast from Fukui Prefecture, which is Yoshida Shuzo's specialty.
This is a yeast with a gorgeous aroma that is not normally used by the Shirafuji Brewery.
We hope you will enjoy this collaboration, which is said to be impossible under normal circumstances.
.
! has already begun its second project.
The results of the first phase of the project are also introduced, so please read "Don't Stop Noto's Sake! The Second Phase of the Project to Support the Joint Brewing of Japanese Sake Breweries Affected by the Disaster [Summer 2024]".
