Japanese Cuisine Days Osaketo and Akasaka
Here are this month's course menu and pairing suggestions.
.
The first dish is three kinds of sashimi.
The sashimi varies from day to day,
We serve fresh fish purchased from fishmongers and processed in the restaurant.
How about with the fresh, cool and refreshingly dry "Tedorigawa" summer junmai sake?
.
The other dish is the famous eight-sided dish.
We will be offering a variety of seasonal items such as Mizunashi Tofu (Mizunashi bean curd) and Nishi-Goboshi (zucchini) with Oba Miso (soybean flour).
This dish, which offers a variety of tastes, is served with a bottle of "Jikin" sake made from Yamada-Nishiki produced in Mie Prefecture.
While the elegant acidity and mellow aroma spread,
The freshness of the sake makes it a perfect match for any dish.
.
The meal introduced this time is at Japanese Cuisine Biyori Osake and Akasaka
Osakayakasoku is available in the "Wazoku Ryoshu", "Wagyoku Hiyori Kaiseki", and "Chef's Omakase Kaiseki".
Please take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy this dish, which is limited to reservations and only available in June.
The menu is subject to change depending on availability and other factors.
*Please note that some sake is in limited stock.
