Conventional Koshihikari is not resistant to rice blast disease,
It is a very labor-intensive variety for farmers,
We believe its taste and aroma are excellent.
The farmers still eat really good rice at home,
We purchase directly from Mr. Suzuki in Tokamachi, Niigata Prefecture.
